Gouzon Workshop: Deliciously Wicked – Writing Great Villains

The best villains aren’t evil for the sake of it — they believe they’re right. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to craft complex, compelling antagonists who challenge your protagonist and keep your readers hooked.

This session is perfect for all writers — whether you’re brand new, halfway through a novel, or polishing your tenth draft. You don’t need any previous workshop experience. Just come along with something to write with and a willingness to explore, try things out, and have fun.

We’ll work through at least three writing exercises designed to spark ideas, deepen your characters, and strengthen the tension in your scenes.
Refreshments are included, and the atmosphere is friendly, encouraging, and pressure-free.
